Tamales!

Every year around this time I spend an entire weekend making tamales. This year I made over 200 of them. I made sweet, meat & red/green chili sauces and  bean & cheese flavors. They came out so yummy!

Yum!

I made strawberry jam this evening. Making jam is my favorit late night activity, I don't know why, the process of cooking the fruit is calming.

Cranberrie Jam

I love the holidays! It's the time of the year when I get to make things I don't usually get to make. I thought I would get started a little early this year by making a large batch of cranberrie jam. I can't wait to share with family and friends.
